No reverse hyper? No problem! @stevencerenzio getting creative with ways to work his back side strength.

Reverse hypers are a great tool to strengthen the posterior chain. Or when used with lighter resistance and higher repetitions, a way to flush out the hips and low back for more restorative measures.
