As a community, we have all evolved to be very savvy. We strive to learn and assimilate as much information as possible. And let’s be honest, learning curves of new athletes coming through the doors are so much faster with all the great resources available these days.

Pat Griffin (@paddygriffin) went 5/6 with 87kg/115kg. This was a PR total and lifetime PR on the clean&jerk.
Katie Fiscalini (@katiefisc) went 4/6 with 62kg/74kg. This was a PR total and lifetime PR on the snatch.
Kristin Newman (@dancefightlift) went 4/6 with 82kg/105kg. This is 4kg above her total at The American Open positioning her well for Nationals this July.
