Just wrapped up a great session hanging out with a crew of adaptive athletes Kevin Ogar (@kevinogar), Gustavo Marquez (@gmarqx), Steph Hammerman (@stephthehammer), Chris Stoutenburg (@stoutyo8) and Karla Ferguson (@hashtagfergie). What an experience sharing, learning and trouble shooting movement with this crew of athletes! And thanks Kevin for pulling me into the WOD at the end :)
