Finishing the weekend with an Advanced Concepts Olympic-style weightlifting seminar at FitLab in Torrance, CA.

Keenan (@timesofla) killing it with a 10lbs clean&jerk PR at 285lbs and a 15lbs clean PR at 290lbs. Jaime (@jamiejoyce2) hitting a 5lbs PR clean&jerk at 210lbs and a 20lbs clean PR at 225lbs. Not a bad day at all!

FuBarbell Ts and tanks are BACK IN STOCK! I want to thank everyone who purchased a shirt showing love and support for FuBarbell. It is through your support that we continue to do what we do. You may not know this, but I get texts from people all the time about random FuBarbell T-shirt sightings roaming about in the world.

Since San Francisco is just now hitting our hottest months, we are test driving a new color (Summer White) Ts for the men and tanks for the ladies. This color is extremely limited in quantity!

@usa_weightlifting posts photos and videos of the top junior and senior current and up ‘N coming weightlifting talents — be prepared to be amazed.

While Nate Arem of @hookgrip has the most epic collection of weightlifting paraphernalia I’ve seen to date. It’s like having your own physical culture history museum in your IG feed! Oh, and he takes and creates beautiful weightlifting posters.
